T1 Internet Access Service and Pricing Qwest has established a T1 based data network for subcontractors and tenants on the DOE reservation. The current rates are: One Time Charges   Circuit Installation $1900   Per User Account Setup $ 50 Monthly Charges   T1 ISP Circuit $ 438   Per User Account for DHCP user $ 30   Per User Account for STATIC address $ 45 Call for bulk IP Addressing Price Quotes User account includes Internet access and email (if desired). Some users will need static IP addressing for use with various Virtual Private Networking (VPN) scenarios.
