ADSL Service and Pricing Qwest has established an ADSL based data network for subcontractors and tenants on the DOE reservation. The current rates are: One Time Charges   Circuit Installation $300   Per PC Workstation Setup $ 50 Monthly Charges   DSL Circuit $ 75   Per PC Workstation for DHCP addressing $ 20   Per PC Workstation for STATIC addressing $ 30 Each PC Workstation connected includes Internet access and if desired, email. (Some users will need static IP addressing for use with various Virtual Private Networking (VPN) scenarios.)
