Service Orders Follow these steps to place a service order with Qwest:
Note: DTC resource only available to ORO internal network users.
- The following information is needed to place an order:
- Know the product or type of service to be ordered
- Location where product is to be installed
(building and room number)- Badge number
- Contact name and telephone number
- A telephone number located in the vicinity of the one to be installed
- A charge account number
- Contact your Division Telecommunications Coordinator (DTC) to place order.
Note: This DTC link only works from the internal networks.
